И как тогда было негражданину -- сложнее, чем сейчас? Или проще?
Часто ли сейчас украинцев грабят в ментовке?
И совсем уж прямой вопрос: как в 90-х ты относился к тогдашнему режиму -- лучше, чем сейчас к нынешнему, или хуже?
